If You’ve Been Thinking About a Change…

Maybe the house feels too small. Or maybe it suddenly feels too big.

Maybe work has shifted. Maybe your parents need you closer.

Change can feel necessary — and uncertain. You don’t need all the answers yet.

You just need an honest conversation about what makes sense

Real Support. Clear Guidance.

Before we talk listings or numbers, we talk about real life — your work, your family, your long-term plans.

Then we move forward with clarity:

We talk through your situation. We look at your options.

You make a decision that feels steady. You’ll always know what’s happening.

You’ll never feel pressured.

Done. No extra explanation needed.

Thoughtful guidance for folks navigating change

Real estate isn’t just about property to me — it’s about seasons of life.

Over the years, I’ve walked alongside families who were downsizing after decades in one home.

Parents relocating for new opportunities. Couples buying their first place and wondering if they were making the right choice.

Those moments aren’t just transactions. They’re transitions.

I care about making sure the decisions you make today still feel right years from now.

What it’s like working with me

You’ll Feel Heard; I take the time to understand your work, your family, and your long-term plans before we talk numbers.

You’ll Feel Informed: I explain the market clearly so you can make steady decisions without second-guessing.

You’ll Feel Supported: From the smallest detail to the biggest negotiation, I stay present and responsive.

And while you’ll work directly with me, you’re also supported by a trusted real estate team.

Outside of Real Estate

I was raised in Central Alberta, and I’ve never really strayed far from what matters here — community, steady values, and knowing your neighbours.

I’m a runner (the kind who signs up for races and then questions that decision halfway through), and an avid reader who always has at least one book on the go — sometimes three.

Running clears my head. Reading keeps it sharp.

Both have taught me that patience and perspective usually win.

I’m also a mom to three: the oldest two grown and attending university in Edmonton and the youngest finishing high school. In fact, my husband is there too, which means our house has shifted from wonderfully chaotic to noticeably quieter.

Those changing seasons of life? I understand them personally.

Our home is currently ruled by several very confident cats and one loyal old-man dog who supervises everything with gentle judgment.

Family time, long runs, good books, and a deep appreciation for Central Alberta living — that’s my world outside of real estate.

And it’s exactly why I care so much about helping people make housing decisions that feel right long after the boxes are unpacked.

This community isn’t just where I work — it’s home.

When we talk about moving, we’re talking about belonging.

If you’re beginning to consider what your next chapter might look like,

I would be glad to talk it through with you.

No pressure.

Just a clear conversation about what makes sense.

Let’s Connect

Connect With Me

You’ve been talking about it for months—maybe even years. The house is getting too small, or maybe too big. The neighbourhood doesn’t feel right anymore, or work has shifted and the commute is killing you. But there’s also some comfort and safety in what you already have. Questions about your next move are starting to keep you up at night. What if you choose the wrong neighbourhood? What if the market changes? What if you miss something crucial that becomes a problem later?

These decisions will ripple through your family’s life for years to come, which is why you want real support from a real person who gets it. Someone who asks about your job security before showing you houses at the top of your budget. Someone who shows up for whatever you need, whether it’s support in a big decision or someone to take care of a tiny detail. Because buying or selling isn’t just about the house—it’s about how your family lives, works, and grows together.

This is where I meet you. After years of helping Lacombe families navigate these decisions, I’ve learned the best real estate choices come from simple and honest conversations about real life. Whether we’re selling your current home or finding your next one, every decision starts with understanding what matters most to your family, today and down the road.
